Returns by Mail
We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. As part of our commitment to customer service we offer easy returns and exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
- At the discretion of Methodskn, some orders may be accessed a 20% re-stocking fee if the product is returned with less than half of the original material remaining in the container or the item is returned partially used without a reasonable explanation.
Returns and Credits
We will issue a refund to your credit card after the returned product has been received and verified. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want it. Please allow 30 days to process and for the credit to appear on your account.
To Return a Product
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by emailing returns@methodskn.com
1. Please state reason for return.
2. Place the item in its original packaging to ship your product and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
3. Send the package via a trackable carrier (USPS,UPS) to:
